100 Days, D&AD
Creating careers, one day at a time
D&AD came to me with a big question: how could they make the most of their vast library of learning content, and turn it into a curriculum that supports entry-level talent at the moment learning tends to drop off, when they first start work in the industry?
The answer was D&AD 100 Days, a structured onboarding programme that I designed to support junior creatives through their first 100 days in the industry. Built as a plug-and-play accelerator for employers, it helps new talent build confidence, momentum and real-world insight from day one.
Rather than relying on one-off induction sessions, the programme offers 100 short online modules, one a day for 100 days. Each takes around 15 minutes and covers six themes, from ideas and industry know-how to mindset and vital skills. More than 20 practitioners from agencies and brands including Wieden+Kennedy, AMV BBDO and Burberry contribute, and there's a parallel learning track for line managers to develop leadership skills. Alongside curating the best of D&AD's existing library, I cast, scripted and edited new video and audio to fill the gaps.
I developed the programme in close collaboration with employers and with junior and entry-level creatives, ensuring it responds to real workplace needs and lived experience. Alongside the learning design, I created a simple, modular visual identity that flexes across digital learning, communications and supporting resources.
Launched in 2025, 100 Days was D&ADs first CPD Accredited course.
