Delivery

I help good ideas actually happen.

I manage and produce creative and learning projects, from first idea to final delivery. Over more than a decade, including leading programmes at D&AD, I've learned that good delivery is part strategy, part detail and mostly people.

How I work

I really care. When I take something on, I own it. I get stuck in from the start, shaping strategy, scopes and pitches, and I follow things through to evaluation and reporting at the end. Nothing gets dropped along the way.

I like to be in on the details. Knowing how everything fits together helps me do my job well. I'm as comfortable building a budget or timeline as I am planning a programme, and being close to the detail means I can spot problems early and keep things on track.

I'm happy to roll my sleeves up. Delivery isn't just about managing the work, it's about making it. From scripting and organising shoot days to being on set and editing video and podcasts, I'm hands-on in bringing learning content and creative projects to life.

I'm a people person. Good delivery comes down to good relationships. Whether I'm talking with clients and stakeholders or bringing together teams, freelancers and partners, I bring warmth, empathy and clear communication, so everyone feels looked after and supported.

In Focus

I work closely with creative consultancy Haq&Co as Arif Haq's right-hand (wo)man, working across global clients including Heineken and Mars. Alongside learning design and graphic design across projects, I help manage client work and run the business itself: supporting strategy, hands-on client communications, timeline and project management, and pulling together scopes and budgets. It's the kind of long-term partnership I love, where I'm trusted to keep everything moving so Arif can focus on what he does best.
